Blending vs. Juicing: What works best for you?

I personally blend my fruits together because well…I don’t have a juicer, but hear that juicing leaves a more pure nutritional content.  However, I’ve read that you retain more fiber content with blending.

So, what works best for you?  Blending or juicing?  What do you like better?
