Motivation

“Oh, I’ll do that tomorrow”

Think of the running list of tasks on your To-Do List.

Okay, now think of how many times you said you’d complete those tasks, but have yet to even begin completing them.

Now, rank these tasks from ones you can complete right away to ones that will take longer to complete.

Got your ranking?

Get started.  One thing at a time.

It could be clearing out your garage, signing up for that volunteer work keep talking about, getting back into working out, or dedicating time to a goal.

When you have a long-term To-Do list left untouched, you feel unaccomplished.  When you have a long-term To-Do list that you’re actively working on, your morale and motivation escalate.

So, why don’t you start this week off with task #1?

#1 on my task list is to focus 5 hours each week on researching how to start up a specific goal that I have.

What is #1 on your task list for the week?
