Rehab

I need rehab.  For what, you ask?

This Save-A-H** mentality I have.  Now, I’m sure that made you tickle, but it’s true.   It’s the only way I can describe it lol.

I find myself worrying about people probably more than they worry about themselves.

Why?  I have no idea.

It pains me to see people go down an unhealthy path whether it’s in a relationship, with their physical well-being, etc..  You can only do so much.

You can’t force someone to see things your way or to want to help themselves.  In the meantime, all you can do is pray and hope that they seek better for themselves.

No use being stressed out over someone that you have no control over.   It’s a waste of your energy.

So, if you are in need of Save-A-H** rehabilitation like I am, do the following when you feel yourself beginning to worry about someone and their issues:

1)  If you are a praying person, then pray.  If you do not pray, then meditate.

2)  Workout.  Do some yoga.  Do some cardio.  Anything to keep those feelings at bay.

3) For every moment you spend worrying about someone, you could be focusing on your own issues.   So focus on YOU.

Of course there are those instances where you absolutely cannot ignore what’s going on with someone, but in most cases you can.  It’s not your life, it’s their life.

Can’t save a person that doesn’t want to be saved!

So breathe and remember that you got your own life to work on!
